Stream Real Estate, LLC plans to start construction in spring on a seven-story, 47-unit apartment project at 403 Belmont Ave. E. near the future light rail station on Capitol Hill in Seattle.

NK Architects designed the apartment project, which is called Stream 403.

Completion is slated for fall 2017.

The building will have 10 studios and 37 one-bedrooms ranging from 405 to 725 square feet. They will have large windows, private decks and ground-level terraces.

There will also be a rooftop deck and indoor/outdoor landscaped courtyard connected to the lobby.

The project is targeting LEED silver certification.

NK said in a press release that the modern yet contextual design will complement the neighborhood and bring depth and interest to the streetscape with a mix of brick and natural cedar accents.

The project team also includes Compass Construction, contractor; Pace Engineers, civil engineer; Kim E. Rooney, landscape architect; and CT Engineering, shoring/structural engineer.
