Loews pays $83.5M for Hotel 1000

SEATTLE — Hotel 1000 sold last week for $83.5 million, which is $21.5 million more than it sold for just 18 months ago.

The buyer, Loews Hotels & Resorts of New York, announced the sale last week but did not disclose the sale price.
