BELLEVUE — Two limited liability companies have bought the Bellevue building where engineering firm David Evans and Associates is a tenant.
According to King County records, DJC Office Building 1031 LLC and ASC Bellevue-118th Avenue LLC paid $10.8 million to BRP Sparks Inc. for the one-acre property at 415 118th Ave. S.E.
The two-story wood-frame building was built in 1991, and has 24,500 square feet office space and 17,500 square feet of basement parking.
BRP bought the property in 1999 for $4.15 million from David Evans and Associates, according to county records. For 2015 tax purposes, it was valued at $5.22 million by King County.
