$87M approved for affordable TOD units

SEATTLE — King County passed legislation on Wednesday to build or preserve more than 1,000 units of workforce housing near transit stations.

The bill calls for raising up to $87 million in bond revenue for housing within a half-mile of rail stations or bus lines.
