Los Angeles-based Lowe says that the 168-unit Luma on First Hill is now complete and 85 percent of the condos have been pre-sold.
The 24-story tower is at 1321 Seneca St., at the corner of Boylston.
Units range in size from 600 to more than 1,700 square feet. Remaining units are priced from the high-$500,000s to over $1.3 million.
Luma is billed as the first new condos built on First Hill since 1982. The contractor was Lease Crutcher Lewis and it was designed by Weber Thompson.
Red Propeller and McAvoy Real Estate are doing marketing and sales. Information is at liveluma.com. New owners will start moving in this month.
On the roof is a clubroom and fireplace lounge, and a library with a private dining room and kitchen. Outside is a fire pit, barbecue grill and soaking pool.
The second floor has a fitness center and there will be a concierge. The pet lounge has a “viewing parlor” and pet salon.
