Pierce County properties recently sold for $35.3M

A large apartment complex and a vacant parcel in the South Hill neighborhood, south of Puyallup, recently sold for $35.3 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was AB Merion II Alderra LLC, which is associated with Merion Realty Partners of Wynnewood, Pennsylvania. Merion bought the Alderra, at 13507 99th Ave. E., in 2014 for $26.3 million in a partnership with AllianceBernstein of New York that acquired seven properties in several states for $60 million.
