Development site sold in Poulsbo

By JOURNAL STAFF

POULSBO — Marcus & Millichap announced the $8.2 million sale of a 52-acre master-planned development site in Poulsbo, and said this is the largest commercially zoned land sale on record in Kitsap County.

There are 20 parcels zoned for commercial use, 13 for business park uses and three for multifamily development.
