E-commerce firm takes space in Kent

KENT — San Francisco-based Terreno Realty Corporation said that it has signed an eight-year lease with an undisclosed e-commerce tenant for the entire 158,000-square-foot Cascade Corporate Center, a distribution/warehouse facility at 20280 84th Ave. S. in Kent.

The lease begins Sept. 30, the company said. Broker Tony Kusak of Cushman & Wakefield confirmed the deal, but declined to name the tenant.
