Dearborn nursing center sells for $8M

SEATTLE — King County records show the $8 million sale of a convalescent care facility at 2611 S. Dearborn St.

The seller was the Yakima-based nonprofit Opportunities Industrialization Center of Washington. The OIC currently operates the Leon Sullivan Health Care Center, built in 1963, as part of its mission to provide community services through federal, state and local agencies.
