402 Tacoma units sell for $47.2M

TACOMA — Pierce County records show the sale of Northpoint at Creekside apartments for $47.2 million.

The sellers were a dozen LLCs led by Newport Village Apartments LLC, associated with San Francisco investor Hamilton Zanze, which has over $2.5 billion in real estate assets, mostly multifamily.
