Amazon takes space at 428 Westlake

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — Vulcan Real Estate and its partner McKinstry announced that Amazon has leased the top five floors (81,000 square feet) of a South Lake Union office building at 428 Westlake Ave. N.

Amazon will take the space early next year, following tenant improvements.
