Goodman sells 80 Main for $20M

SEATTLE — It was completed in May and went on the market in July, and now the 45 apartments at 80 S. Main St. have sold for $20 million, according to King County records.

Two LLCs sold the property: one associated with developer Goodman Real Estate; the other associated with the general contractor, Venture. Goodman acquired the site, a few steps east of the Alaskan Way Viaduct, in 2013 for $1.85 million.
