Renton apartments sold for $33.5M

RENTON — The Sunset View apartments sold for $33.5 million, according to King County records.

The sellers were Sunset View Apt Homes LLC, South Hayworth Investments LLC and two private investors. They acquired the property in 2014 for almost $21.9 million.
