Slower sales for Seattle condos

SEATTLE — The Northwest Multiple Listings Service's report for December shows slower sales for King County condos due to an almost 20 percent drop in inventory compared to last December.

The number of new December listings, however, was only 296 units—a small sample size. And the number of closed sales was essentially flat, year over year, at 546 units.
