BEND, Ore. (AP) — A proposed housing development on a former mining site in Deschutes County could again be up for approval this year.
The Bulletin reports that Lower Bridge LLC applied to create residential lots on 157 acres at the site west of Terrebonne, but they withdrew the application in May. Deschutes County Senior Planner Will Groves says he expects Lower Bridge to submit a new proposal in 2017 for the same project.
