Group plans to appeal after Sand Point project rejected

Plans for Building 2 at Warren G. Magnuson Park in Seattle are up in the air after the city rejected two proposals to renovate the structure.

The 144,000-square-foot structure is a former aircraft assembly and repair facility. It contains two airplane hangars as well as offices and workshop space.
