SkB seeks new building to buy

SEATTLE — SkB Architects recently sold its building at 2333 Third Ave. in Belltown to Hot Rain LLC, which is associated with Seattle investors Hao Chen and Hongbin Zhang.

SkB did not return a call for comment about its plans, but Leroy Lutu and Chris Secreto of Marcus & Millichap represented SkB in the sale, and Lutu said the firm negotiated an 18-month leaseback for the space. Lutu said his firm is also advising SkB in the search for a new building to purchase.
