Monroe self-storage sold for $15.2M

MONROE — Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Evergreen Mini Storage in Monroe for $15.2 million, the company announced. Christopher Secreto and Jacob Becher, the latter based in M&M's Palo Alto office, represented both the buyer and seller.

M&M did not name those parties, other than to say the buyer was a local investment group.
