Gatewood Apartments landmark meeting set

Los Angeles-based Lighthouse Investments is working with Gensler to convert the building into a boutique hotel.

On April 19, Seattle's Landmarks Preservation Board will consider nominating as a city landmark the Colonnade Hotel/Gatewood Apartments building at 107 Pine St.
