SEATTLE — A site at 517 Aloha St. has sold for $3.6 million, according to King County records. The seller was Earth Punched LLC, whose governor, Ron Henry, runs the photography supply company BlackRapid at that address. The property last sold in 2014 for $3 million.

The buyer was PRH LLC, whose governors include members of the Goff family, which runs Pacific Ridge Homes. That company, which was acquired by D.R. Horton two years ago for $72 million, is an active builder of multifamily and single-family homes.
