Hunters Capital buys QFC site

SEATTLE — The QFC property at 416 15th Ave. E. has sold for $11.25 million to Hunters Capital.

Jill Cronauer of Hunters Capital confirmed it bought the 37,804-square-foot property at the corner of East Republican Street, and acted as its own representative. Cronauer said there are currently no plans to redevelop the property.
