Riverton warehouse sold for $25.6M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — A food-distribution warehouse at 815 S. 96th St. has sold for $25.6 million, according to King County records.

The seller was an LLC related to Panattoni, which acquired the property in 2013 for $4.2 million. Panattoni redeveloped the site, adding two buildings.
