Shuttle Express HQ sold for $7.1M

RENTON — The Shuttle Express business office building at 800 S.W. 16th St. has sold for $7.1 million, according to King County records. The seller was Peer Frank LLC, which acquired the property in 2000 for $2.4 million.

The buyer was OB Renton Properties LLC, which is associated with the O'Brien family, of O'Brien Auto Group, which invests in local properties.
