Bellevue office park sold for $32M

By JOURNAL STAFF

BELLEVUE — The Park 120, an office park at 606-636 120th Ave. N.E., has sold for $32 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Park 120 Investments LLC, which acquired the property out of bankruptcy in 2010 for $12 million. The prior sale, for $17 million in 2007, was to Michael Mastro, who went bankrupt and fled the country.
