SEATTLE — The Seattle Mart at 200 S.W. Michigan St. has sold for $14.6 million, according to King County records.
The seller was 200 SW Michigan LLC, which acquired the property in 2015 for almost $5.5 million.
The buyer was Georgetown Creative Design LLC, which is associated with Vista Investment Group of Los Angeles.
Developed in 1929 on almost 3.6 acres, the three-story Seattle Mart has about 82,000 square feet.
Kidder Mathews' Andy Miller and Evan Lugar represented the seller. KM says the seller completely renovated the building, which was originally Boeing's headquarters. It is on the west side of the Duwamish Waterway, and west of Highway 509.
Vista has over 1,400 residential units and over 500,000 square feet of office space.
The buyer had no broker representation, according to KM.
