D.R. Horton buys Kirkland building

KIRKLAND — An office building at 11241 Slater Ave. N.E. has sold for $13.6 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Arimocc LLC, which acquired the land for $602,000 in 1995 and developed it in 1998.
