DCT buys 17-acre site for center in Auburn

  • The new Kent Valley distribution center will add to DCT's current local portfolio of six properties with four million square feet.

    Journal staff reporter

    An LLC related to DCT Industrial Trust of Denver has paid $6 million for 16.6 acres at 6302 and 6430 S. 287th St. in Auburn, according to King County records. The sellers were two longtime family owners.

    The buyer was DCT Hudson Distribution Center LLC. Brokers weren't announced, and queries to DCT weren't answered before deadline.
