Mid-September is the expected opening date for the fourth location of Mighty-O Donuts, the company said in a release. The 1,600-square-foot Denny Triangle store will be at 1812 Boren Ave., in the new Tilt49 building, which is fully leased to Amazon. The architect was JPC Architects, and construction was through Touchstone, who used Mortenson. Interior casework was done by Sparrow Woodworks. Mighty-O was founded by Ryan Kellner and Megan Helmer, and has locations in Capitol Hill, Ballard and Wallingford's Tangletown area, where the first bakery and cafe opened in 2003. The new Denny Triangle cafe will also serve prepared foods and beer, and Caffe Vita coffee beans.
