RSIR to market ID's Koda condos

Koda condominiums are planned for 450 S. Main St.

Realogics Sotheby's International Realty said in a press release that it's working with Da-Li Development to market Koda condominiums, which are planned for 450 S. Main St. The latest plan is for an 18-story project with 200-plus units and 77 underground parking spaces. Prices are expected to start from the low $300,000s. The goal is to break ground in early 2018 and finish by 2020. KMD Architects is designing the building. RSIR's Dean Jones said, “New construction condominiums in downtown Seattle are effectively sold out of inventory below the city's median home price of $750,000.”
