Warehouse sells for $6M in Bellevue

BELLEVUE — A warehouse at 1624 135th Place N.E. has sold for $6 million, according to King County records. The seller was the estate of Charles J. Arnone. The Arnone family has owned the property for decades.

The buyer was Par 5 108th Street Development LLC, which is associated with Bellevue investor Mike Griffith, who in May sold two downtown Bellevue properties for $7.9 million.
