$3M sale for Ballard industrial building

SEATTLE — An industrial building at 4515 Eighth Ave. N.W. has sold for $2.57 million, according to King County records. The seller was Skills, Inc., which acquired the property in 1988 for $205,000.

The buyer was 4514 8th Ave NW LLC, which is associated with the Rudd Company and Alan M. Park. Last October, Park sold the old Rudd properties at 1602-1634 15th Ave. W. for $7.3 million. That site is now being redeveloped as a self-storage facility.
