Goodman sells Market Street Center

Goodman and Triad converted the warehouse, constructed in 1946, into a modern mixed-use complex.

Market Street Center, a Ballard warehouse and retail building at 2801 N.W. Market St., has sold for $24.9 million, according to King County records.
