Redmond buildings sell for $17M

By JOURNAL STAFF

REDMOND — Buildings F and G at the Quadrant Willows Corporate Center, at 11601 and 11611 Willows Rd. N.E., have sold for $16.7 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Reez Properties. Reez is an entity of the emergency communications company Zetron, which acquired the land from Quadrant in 1999 for $2.5 million.
