Security Properties buys Portland site

By JOURNAL STAFF

PORTLAND — Seattle-based Security Properties and partner Beijing Jade Investment Group said they bought the five-acre PepsiCo Distribution Center in East Portland.

The 1962 plant and offices are at 2505 N.E. Pacific St., just south of Interstate 84. Terms and brokers weren't announced.
