Two nursing homes sold for $30M

SEATTLE — Irvine, California-based REIT Sabra Health Care has purchased two local nursing homes for a total of $30.2 million, according to King County records.

Park West Nursing & Rehab center at 1729 California Ave. S.W. sold for $12.5 million. The seller was Northwest Realty – West Seattle LLC, which acquired the property in 2003 for $2.1 million.
