3 WoodSpring hotels for state

BELLEVUE — West77 Partners, a Bellevue-based real estate investment company, has signed licenses with WoodSpring Hotels for three new extended-stay hotels in Richland, Lakewood and Kent.

This is the ninth deal between the companies under a plan to build 25 hotels in the Seattle market. North Carolina-based WoodSpring will operate the properties.
