8-unit Capitol Hill complex is sold

SEATTLE — An eight-unit apartment complex at 1300 E. Mercer St. on Capitol Hill sold for $4.5 million, according to King County records. The seller was an LLC related to the Swegel family, which has owned the property for over three decades.
