SEATTLE — A warehouse-distribution building at 13537 Aurora Ave. N. sold for $7.2 million, according to King County records. The seller was the nonprofit John Volken Foundation, which acquired the property in 2000 for almost $1.6 million.
The buyer was Summer Aurora LLC, which is associated with a private investor in North Seattle.
