Sabra buys nursing home for $18M

BURIEN — Irvine, California-based REIT Sabra Health Care has bought its third local nursing home.

Burien Nursing and Rehabilitation, at 1031 SW 130th St., sold for $17.8 million, according to King County records. The seller was Burien Health Care Realty LLC, which acquired the property for almost $5 million in 2008.
