1925 Seven Gables designated a landmark, restricting future plans

The Seven Gables as it appeared in 1937. The shingled exterior, dormers and roof have been landmarked.

The Seattle Landmarks Preservation Board voted last month to designate the Seven Gables, at 911 N.E. 50th St., as a city landmark.
