81 Kent units sell for $20M

KENT — The Arterra Apartments, at 10031 SE 258th Pl., have sold for $19.9 million, according to King County records. The seller was PCCP Westbridge Brentwood LLC, which acquired the property in 2007 for $12 million.

The buyer was Arterra Trade Kent LLC, which is associated with Legacy Group Capital and The Meter Group, both of Bellevue, which appear to be related companies and share the same address.
