Africatown buys part of MidTown block

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — As planned, Lake Union Partners has sold the south end of the MidTown Center block, at 2314 E. Spring St., to Africatown for $4.5 million.

Both parties used LLCs in the transaction, which was recorded last week by King County. Lake Union Partners acquired the full block at 2301 E. Union St. for $23 million in May.
