Northwest native David Cuthill has been named the new president and COO for Clise Properties. He was previously vice president of development for the Pacific Region for Chicago-based mall owner GGP, or General Growth Properties, and also worked for Nordstrom and Opus NW. Richard Stevenson retired as president in the spring. Al Clise remains chairman and CEO of the 127-year-old family-owned firm. The 56-year-old Cuthill is a lawyer and a certified public accountant. In a statement, Cuthill said, “I will focus on continuing Clise's key role as a vital stakeholder in the rise of Seattle as a global hub for commerce and technology.”
