$20M rehab for Frye Apartments

SEATTLE — The Low Income Housing Institute is planning to rehab the Frye Apartments at 223 Yesler Way in Pioneer Square.

The 234-unit building serves people who are homeless or earning 30 to 50 percent of area median income. It first opened in 1911 as a hotel.
