C&W to sell landmarked SLU property for city

Vulcan owns the rest of the block east of the surplus City Light site.

In August, the city put out an RFP to sell its surplus Seattle City Light property in South Lake Union. Variously called the Roy Street Shops or the Puget Sound Power & Light Co. Utilities Building, the site is addressed as both 802 Roy St. and 800 Aloha St. in public records.
