111 U District units sell for $40M

SEATTLE — As part of a national portfolio deal announced in September, King County has just recorded the sale of the new Hub U District apartments, at 5000 University Way N.E.

The seller was an LLC associated with the developer: Core Spaces of Chicago, which two years ago paid $8.1 million for the half-acre site.
