Duwamish tank farm sells for $15M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — A British Petroleum tank farm and fuel terminal at 1652 S. Lander St. has sold for $14.9 million, according to King County records.

The seller was BP West Coast Products LLC. BP, through its acquisition of companies including ARCO, has effectively owned the facility for several decades.
