Arlington storage sells for $8.45M

ARLINGTON — Bulldog Self-Storage, at 3832 172nd St. N.E. in Arlington, sold for $8.45 million, according to Marcus & Millichap, which brokered the sale.

The buyer was a local investment group, according to M&M, whose Christopher Secreto brokered both sides of the transaction, which was worth about $160 per square foot. M&M says that's a record price for Snohomish County.
