Black Diamond land sold for $18.6M

BLACK DIAMOND — About 136 acres of the planned Ten Trails development site sold for almost $18.6 million, according to King County records.

The seller was CCD Black Diamond Partners LLC, which acquired the property in as part of a larger $30 million transaction in 2015.
