Children's buys bank site for $2.6M

SEATTLE — A Wells Fargo branch at 4568 Sand Point Way N.E. has sold for $2.6 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Wells Fargo Bank. University Savings Bank acquired the property in 1989 for $560,000. USB was then sold to First Interstate Bank in 1995, which was then acquired by Wells Fargo in 1996.
